Market Development Associate

Job Summary :

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow. You’ll work closely with senior management and gain exposure across sales, client management, and market research—helping identify and convert real business opportunities in the B2B chemical space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research new markets, industries, and client segments for lead generation
• Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and direct channels
• Support sales team in preparing proposals, documentation, and data-driven pitches
• Track sales KPIs like conversion rates, client response time, and upselling metrics
• Coordinate internally with product, marketing, and logistics teams to drive deals to closure
• Suggest process improvements and help implement CRM and sales systems
• Present key sales insights and competitor research to leadership regularly
