Job descriptionBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred 4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with working knowledge of WMS software Good understanding of inventory management and order processing workflows Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Good communication and coordination skills Analytical mindset with ability to work with data Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Knowledge of barcode scanning, RFID, or other automated tracking technologies
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes
- Ensure accurate data entry for receipt of goods, stock transfers, dispatches, and returns
- Monitor stock levels and support cycle counting and physical inventory processes
- Assist in planning space utilization and optimizing warehouse layout through the WMS
- Generate reports related to stock movement, discrepancies, order status, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to troubleshoot issues related to inventory, barcode scanning, and system updates
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain data accuracy in the WMS
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Coordinate with IT and system vendors for system enhancements, updates, and troubleshooting
- Assist in training new users on WMS processes and functionalities
