Responsible for managing Minizmo’s website & marketplace operations, improving online sales, and ensuring a smooth digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage product listings, pricing & inventory
- Oversee online orders, dispatches, returns & customer queries
- Coordinate with warehouse, production & marketing teams
- Monitor website traffic, sales data & marketplace performance
- Run campaigns, SEO activities & content updates
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports
