Position : Assistant Manager / Manager

Functional Area : Managing D2C, B2B & B2B2C channels for Partners and Client acquisition

Functional Role : Business Development & Business Operations

Reporting to : Co-Founder

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

1. Ensure full support to Consultants & Co-founders for securing partners & Users

2. Manage B2B & B2B2C partners for Example - Hotels, Villa & Apartments aggregators, PMS tech co; Concierge service co; Exhibition Organizers, Affiliate partners etc.

3. Marketing collateral creation (via designer), development (via vendors) & Deployment (via consultants) + ensure its on schedule.

4. Manage smooth Integration with Property management System (Tech for Hotels) and concierge services platforms (partner)

5. Create & Manage MIS for all business channels & Tasks

6. Influencer sourcing, signing and execution management (D2C)

7. Ensuring timely Content creation for digital marketing with Content Creator and social media manager. (D2C)

8. Identifying & Sourcing Images, Videos and other material for Marketing (D2C)

9. Manage social proofing tasks - PR articles agency, GMB ratings etc. (D2C)

10. Ensure Timely delivery of tasks assigned to Agencies, consultants & associates.

Officiation : in Office @ Commerz2 Goregain East

Work Hours : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (subject to work load and Timelines)

Saturday may be partly / fully working if there is something urgent & important to be done.

Joining Date : Earliest Possible

Pre-requisites

  • Minimum 3 years and max 7 years experience in similar Role within Travel and / or Media industry.
  • MBA in Marketing or Travel Management preferred
  • Highly ambitious - seeking to grow with the company
  • Dynamic & energetic
  • Should be able to work independently as well as capable to manage a team of professionals.
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills
  • Working experience on Google workspace and MS Office is a must.
  • Tech Savvy
  • This role requires someone with a fair understanding and work experience in media operations and Travel Tourism Business Development.
