Job descriptionLead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Design and implement employee retention strategies to minimize attrition. Drive career progression frameworks, mentorship programs, and succession planning. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability. Establish and manage grievance redressal mechanisms to resolve conflicts fairly and promptly. Serve as mediator in escalated employee relations matters. Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with Indian labor laws. Educate managers and employees on policy awareness and compliance. Monitor adherence to leave, attendance, appraisal, and disciplinary policies. Ensure legal and ethical handling of disciplinary actions. Oversee training needs identification, planning, and execution across departments. Partner with Capability Building & Performance (CBP) division to deliver technical, leadership, and soft skills training. Track training effectiveness through TalentLMS and other tools. Manage company-wide PMS processes through Keka PMS. Ensure fair, transparent, and measurable performance evaluations. Link performance outcomes with variable pay, recognition, and promotions. Act as a Project Coordinator for HR-linked or cross-functional initiatives. Support planning, tracking, and execution of special HR projects or organizational initiatives. Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of HR–business aligned projects. Design competitive compensation and benefits structures. Manage payroll, statutory compliance, incentives, and performance variable payouts. Benchmark salary structures against industry standards to support retention. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance frameworks, PMS, and T&D. Experience in IT / Technology services preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic thinker with execution excellence. Expertise in retention, grievance handling, T&D, and PMS . Strong project coordination and cross-functional leadership. Proficiency in HRMS, PMS, LMS, and data-driven decision-making. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Job Description : Head of Human Resources (HR Head)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources (HR Head) to lead and manage the HR function across the organization. The HR Head will play a pivotal role in employee retention, grievance resolution, policy enforcement, and people strategy alignment .
The role also extends to overseeing Training & Development (T&D), managing the Performance Management System (PMS), and supporting project coordination when required , ensuring HR remains an active enabler of business success.
