Marketing Data Analyst / Scientist

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst / Scientist to join our global marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our marketing channel heads (Paid Search, Affiliates, Owned Media, and Brand) to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Your analysis will guide strategic decisions, improve return on investment (ROI), boost conversions, and optimize performance across all channels.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data across all channels, including paid, owned, affiliate, organic, and direct – web and app.
• Build dashboards and reports in tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). You will focus on ROI, CPA, CLV, conversion rates, etc.
• Analyze user journeys and on-site behavior to provide recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO).

You will partner with channel heads to deliver insights that improve campaign efficiency and budget allocation.
