The role requires hands-on technical expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to work independently while interacting directly with clients. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with team members to support ongoing Oracle EBS development and enhancements. Design and develop Forms, Interfaces, and technical customizations to meet business requirements. Utilize AIM or OUM methodology for execution, documentation, and delivery of solutions. Deliver technical support and custom development aligned with business processes. Provide hands-on solutions for client requirements in Oracle EBS modules. Minimum Qualifications : Education : BE / MBA / M.Tech / MCA Strong experience in Oracle Applications Technical (EBS R12). Hands-on experience in modules such as SCM, Discrete Manufacturing, Distribution, OPM, ASCP, or finance modules like AP, AR, Cash Management. Preferred Qualifications : Ability to work independently on P2P modules (PO, AP, GL). Expertise in : PL / SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, AOL concepts XML Publisher, Workflow, Discoverer, OAF Hands-on experience in Report / Forms development and interface design. Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients. Positive attitude, flexibility, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
