Job descriptionDesign and deploy Generative AI solutions using Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI (GPT), AWS Nova Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines , including : Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines Vector databases Embedding models Perform prompt engineering and apply best practices for optimal model performance Implement and optimize AI / ML workflows on cloud platforms : GCP : Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub / Sub, Observability Azure & AWS AI services Conduct model fine-tuning, evaluation, and experimentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and applications Ensure scalability, robustness, and technical excellence in AI systems Stay current with emerging Generative AI trends and best practices Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML , or related field 10+ years of AI / ML experience, including 2+ years in Generative AI Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub / Sub) Azure OpenAI / Azure Foundry AWS Bedrock Strong expertise in : Prompt engineering Embeddings RAG pipelines Vector databases Proficient in Python and ML frameworks : Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow Experience with MLOps, AI pipelines, and model lifecycle management Proven experience in model fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, and deployment Strong understanding of production-ready AI systems and data pipelines Ability to consult and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions Experience with vector databases : Pinecone, Chroma Familiarity with RAG frameworks Knowledge of MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills Background in AI consulting, innovation labs, or R&D Healthcare domain experience (nice to have)
