We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our information technology operations. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing daily IT operations, ensuring network security and availability, and driving strategic IT initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Operations & Management :

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and application management.
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead the installation and configuration of network devices and software in the data center and across the network.
• Ensure high availability of IT resources and minimize downtime through proactive management and swift issue resolution.
