Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organisation. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and alignment with quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2–6 years of experience and a passion for leading projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of project goals, requirements, and potential opportunities
  • Assist in developing project proposals and gaining necessary internal and client approvals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, plans, and timelines
  • Help allocate resources and assign responsibilities to team members
  • Monitor project execution, track progress, and flag any risks or delays
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project performance
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and help document lessons learned
  • Work under the guidance of senior project managers and seek mentorship to develop skills
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software development

Candidate Requirements

  • B.Tech in CS with MBA (any specialisation).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Candidates with 2-6 years of experience are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a project management role.
  • Previous experience in a project management or related role
  • Familiarity with project management software tools
