About the Role :
We’re looking for an Integrated Project Manager to lead and deliver creative production projects across print and digital platforms for retail and FMCG brands. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, understands fast-paced consumer marketing environments, and can bridge creative, production, and client service teams seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns covering both digital (social media, e-commerce, web banners, emailers, digital films) and print (packaging, POSM, OOH, in-store branding, brochures) .
- Act as the central point of contact between creative, production, client servicing, and vendors.
- Create detailed project timelines, budgets, and task trackers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, photographers, and print vendors .
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Oversee proofing, prepress, and print production processes.
- Manage digital asset deliveries and ensure alignment with client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Anticipate project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout.
- Use project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to manage workflows and approvals.
- Support planning and execution for campaign launches, retail activations, and seasonal promotions .
Skills & Qualifications :
3–7 years of experience in creative or marketing project management , preferably in an agency or production house handling retail / FMCG brands .Solid understanding of print production (POSM, packaging, OOH, etc.) and digital content workflows .Strong budget management, timeline tracking, and vendor coordination skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven experience handling multiple high-volume campaigns simultaneously.Working knowledge of creative tools and production processes .
