Role Description :

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
• As a Team Lead, you will oversee and guide a team of professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of primary source verification processes.
• Your responsibilities will include team management, workload prioritization, and quality assurance.
• You will mentor team members, lead by example, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement Team management and leadership skills.
• Experience 6-10 Yrs.
• Strong organizational and workload prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in quality assurance and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive improvement projects.
• Prior experience in the verification or compliance industry is beneficial.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field.
