Job description

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design OSB-based integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration blueprints.
Develop and optimize integration patterns, including service orchestration, mediation, transformation, and routing.
Lead implementation, guide technical teams, review code, and enforce best practices.
Conduct performance tuning, load / stress testing, and troubleshooting of OSB environments.
Ensure integration security by implementing authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance protocols.
Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to development and support teams.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Deep expertise in Oracle Service Bus design, configuration, and administration.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, messaging, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).

Experience with security protocols (SSL / TLS, OAuth, SAML) and identity management.

Hands-on skills in Java, J2EE, and scripting languages.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting OSB and Oracle WebLogic environments.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
