• Planning : Develop project scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources
• Budgeting : Manage the project budget and ensure it's adhered to
• Contracting : Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Quality control : Ensure the project meets contractual and legal requirements
• Safety : Ensure the project meets health and safety standards
• Communication : Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and manage expectations
• Execution : Oversee construction operations and ensure deadlines are met

Reporting : Evaluate project performance and prepare detailed reports
