Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key end-user clients in the industrial sector to drive long-term engagement and business growth.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Solution Selling : Understand client requirements thoroughly and propose tailored MRO and industrial solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Commercial Discussions : Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with customers to close deals successfully.
  • Account Ownership : Serve as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt resolution to customer queries and issues.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competition.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer insights to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Customer Engagement : Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • CRM Utilization : Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, follow up effectively, and maintain updated customer data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B account management, or MRO / engineering product sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer accounts independently and deliver results against targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high accountability and ownership.
