Qualifications & Skills
3 to 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B account management, or MRO / engineering product sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage customer accounts independently and deliver results against targets.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining high accountability and ownership.
