To launch and grow the EBO channel of our brands' exclusive retail outlets
Key Performance Indicators
1. Number of stores opened
2. Store footfalls & sales growth performance
3. Brand visibility at key retail locations
4. Profitability at the store-level and business-level
5. Market share in the catchment area
6. Stability of store performance and operations
Key Responsibilities
1. Scope out new micro-locations where our stores can be introduced
2. Liaise with property owners and developers to get right-sized stores at the right locations
3. Identify and Experience & Qualification regulatory requirements for store launch
4. Develop and templatize store design concepts that can be rolled out rapidly and cost-effectively
5. Put in place operating teams at the store level, and later, at the regional level
6. Train, motivate and empower sales staff at retail locations to deliver a memorable customer experience
7. Work on and execute plans for SSSG
8. Maintain excellent working relationships with rental partners
Experience & Qualification
1. MBA Graduate from Tier-1 / Tier-2 Institute with a minimum of 4-5 years of direct experience in opening up and operating exclusive brand outlets
2. Relationship building, analytical skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, types of business partners and internal employees
3. Leadership and influencing skills
4. Unquestionable integrity, work ethic and focus on customer delight
