Job description

Role : Test Centre Manager (Education Technology)

Location : Gurugram

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management

  • Ensure the test centre opens and closes on time.
  • Organise daily test schedules and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional testing environment.
  • Ensure all equipment (computers, cameras, biometric systems) is functioning.

Security & Compliance

  • Uphold strict exam security protocols.
  • Verify candidate identification and ensure rules are followed.
  • Monitor testing sessions for irregularities.

    • Staff Supervision

  • Recruit, train, and supervise Test Centre Administrators / Invigilators .
  • Create staff rotas and assign roles.

    • Must have- Exp with Team handling, Customer support, Problem resolution
