We are looking to expand our team in Chandigarh, India, and are seeking a talented Zoho CRM Developer with a passion for technology and innovation.

Responsibilities :

  • CRM Development : Design, develop, and maintain customised Zoho CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Custom Application Development : Utilise languages such as Deluge to create tailored applications that enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
  • API Integration : Implement various API integrations across different technologies, including RESTful and SOAP services, to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Front-End Development : Work with HTML, CSS, PHP, and CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, and CodeIgniter to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaboration & Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and other developers, to ensure timely delivery of projects. Utilise Agile methodologies to manage development cycles.
  • Technical Support & Training : Provide ongoing technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance : Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Stay Informed : Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM development.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience working with Zoho CRM
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Deluge, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
  • Experience or certifications in other CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot etc. is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, and CodeIgniter.
  • Familiarity with various API integrations, including RESTful and SOAP services.
  • Certification in relevant fields is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
