Senior SAP Cutover Lead [19 / 10 / 2025]

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Cutover Lead to plan, manage, and execute cutover activities across complex SAP transformation programs, including S / 4HANA, RISE, and cloud-based migrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating all phases of the technical and business cutover, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy to target systems with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end cutover strategy, timeline, and execution plan for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, BASIS, infrastructure, and business process teams to define cutover tasks, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Drive the development of cutover checklists, runbooks, and readiness assessments.
• Conduct mock cutovers and rehearsals to validate timing, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor and report progress during each phase of the cutover cycle; manage go / no-go checkpoints.
• Identify and proactively resolve cutover issues and risks to maintain go-live stability.
• Collaborate with project management, business owners, and system integrators to ensure alignment with overall deployment milestones.
• Facilitate post-cutover reviews, stabilization planning, and transition to support teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with change control and audit standards.
