Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a School Counselor. The School Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in both academic and personal matters. Key responsibilities include one-on-one counseling sessions, career counseling, facilitating mental health awareness, and working closely with teachers, parents, and school administration. The role involves helping students build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Counseling to provide guidance and support for emotional, social, and academic challenges
• Proficiency in Career Counseling to help students identify and pursue suitable educational and professional paths
• Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health to address and support students' well-being effectively
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in an educational environment or with young learners is an advantage
