Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front-Sales Coordinator located in Kochi. The Front-Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with clients, and supporting sales operations. The Coordinator will play a key role in managing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to overall sales growth and success.

• Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Handle. inbound / outbound calls
• Communication with UAE based students / parents
• Previous experience in Sales
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• Fluent in English ( Hindi understanding is a plus)
