The Impact You’ll Drive
- Set the strategic direction for key clients and agency-wide initiatives
- Build long-term brand strategy frameworks that power campaigns, innovation, and transformation
- Lead strategy in pitches, brand workshops, and senior-level client conversations
- Mentor and grow a team of strategists—cultivating thinking, leadership, and impact
- Integrate brand, digital, data, and culture into a unified, insight-driven narrative
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account leads to align strategic vision and execution
- Lead internal strategy rituals, thought leadership, and team development initiatives
What You’ll Bring
7 -9 years of experience in brand / communication strategy, with 2–3 years leading teamsFamiliarity with strategic frameworks, GenAI tools, and research platformsExperience leading strategy across large accounts and multiple categoriesA sharp eye for insights, narrative thinking, and creative opportunityProven ability to influence senior stakeholders—internal and client-sideStrong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skillsPassion for mentoring and building high-performing strategy teams
