Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Hyderabad. The Salesperson at BNR Gold And Diamonds will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on products. The role involves assisting in-store customers, managing inventory, arranging displays, and processing sales transactions. The Salesperson will also be expected to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintaining a welcoming environment in the store.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Product Knowledge and Expertise in gold and diamond jewelry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
