Job Summary : We are seeking a technically proficient and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT systems and IT / ITeS infrastructure systems (ICT, IT / ITeS, Datacentre, Network active systems, electronic security (CCTV and Access Control), Building Management system, public address systems, audio-visual systems, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated ELV systems and IT / ITeS networks, and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, designing solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. 2. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ELV, ICT systems and IT / ITeS infrastructure projects in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate ELV and IT solutions, including but not limited to : Structured Cabling Systems Wired and WIFI Networking CCTV & Surveillance Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Systems Public Address Systems IPTV, SMATV, and Audio / Visual Systems Data Centers and Server Rooms Wireless Networks IP Telephony & VoIP Solutions Cloud Computing Services Datacentre solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation in coordination with pre-sales and engineering teams.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Liaise with manufacturers and vendors for pricing, technical support, and product selection.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and new technologies in ELV, ICT and IT systems. Also develop and implement effective sales strategies, pipelines, and forecasting models.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
- Meet with clients to assess needs and provide technical solutions and quotations.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, submittals, and compliance checklists.
- Meet with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users to understand project requirements and provide appropriate ELV, ICT and IBMS solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, Architects and contractors.
