About the Role

As a Counsellor, you will serve as a key point of support for students. Keep them engaged through sessions and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
• Offer emotional support, active listening, and preliminary interventions as part of the discovery process
• Identify individuals who require clinical escalation and coordinate with the Clinical Psychologist or Program Lead
• Conduct daily rounds of IPD setup
• Maintain a patient-first approach
• Mental Gym sessions
• Art-based therapy sessions
• Family intervention
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification : Masters in Counselling Psychology from an accredited university

Experience : 2–4 years of experience in a similar role

Skills : Strong working knowledge of general psychological principles and practice
