Job Title : Workday / ERP Test Engineer
Experience : 6–10 Years
Mandatory Skills :
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday and ERP application testing.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Time & Absences, Resourcing, and Compensation.
- Proficient in STLC, testing methodologies (Agile / Waterfall), and QA processes using ATDD / TDD approaches.
- Practical experience in requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Experience with testing cycles (SIT and UAT) and stakeholder coordination.
- Working knowledge of ALM, VSTS , and CI / CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
Exposure to SAP HR / HCM Payroll systems.Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment frameworks.Proactive, self-driven, and quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
