Job Title : Workday / ERP Test Engineer

Experience : 6–10 Years

Mandatory Skills :

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday and ERP application testing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Time & Absences, Resourcing, and Compensation.
• Proficient in STLC, testing methodologies (Agile / Waterfall), and QA processes using ATDD / TDD approaches.
• Practical experience in requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Experience with testing cycles (SIT and UAT) and stakeholder coordination.
• Working knowledge of ALM, VSTS , and CI / CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
