Job descriptionDevelop keyword strategies and ad structures that maximize reach and conversion efficiency. Continuously optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality. Conduct A / B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Implement precise conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4. Own the end-to-end media budget — planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization. Forecast performance outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership. Identify high-performing channels and reallocate spend for maximum impact. Ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and continuous improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS) Build and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze campaign metrics and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the design and tech teams to improve landing page performance and ad relevance. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (mandatory) Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in lead generation and B2B campaign structures (bonus if in construction, manufacturing, or Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms. Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared) and marketing automation workflows. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and remarketing campaigns. Be part of a team transforming how India builds.
