Manufacturing Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality.

• Create and optimize production workflows to boost productivity and minimize waste
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve efficiency and throughput
• Establish standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Select and implement new manufacturing equipment or tooling to enhance production capabilities
• Oversee the installation, testing, and validation of new machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot issues
• Provide technical support to the production floor, resolving issues impacting product quality or efficiency
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and address process-related challenges
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and best practices in manufacturing
• Collaborate with quality control teams to develop and implement testing and inspection processes
• Resolving quality issues and ensuring products meet specifications and customer standards
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Implement automation solutions and new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of process changes, equipment specifications, and production reports
• Provide regular reports on project progress, production metrics, and cost-saving initiatives
