Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of books of account in accounting software- D365
- Supervised a team of atleast 2 members
- Review and guide the team managing AP process and expense claims
- Month end – Closing activities (Provision working, Open Provision tracking, Provision reversal working, reconciliation of expense trackers)
- Open PO / WO and GRN analysis
- Preparation of monthly Balance sheet and Profit / Loss account
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and reconciliations, MoM, QoQ and YoY comparative statement
- Liaising with auditors / banker / clients
- Open advances and payables ageing analysis
- General Ledger Scrutiny
- GST reconciliations
- Good communications skills
- Self-motivated having organisational and planning skills
- Quality conscious and committed
B.com / CA Inter with 5+ years of experience in accounting and taxes
