About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong understanding of user experience and a technical mindset to join our growing product team. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and—when needed—the marketing and sales teams to design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging interfaces for our real-time communication platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
  • Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and overall user experience across all products.
  • Work with developers to align design output with React components and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design outcomes.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams with visual assets or product design insights when needed.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI / UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in Figma (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
  • Basic understanding of React components and front-end implementation.
  • Technical or design-related educational background preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
