Job description% of campaigns with actionable insights implemented. Average uplift in engagement / participation from recommendations. of upsell actions triggered via insights. Internal stakeholder satisfaction (BD, CS, Product teams). Client feedback on insight quality and usefulness. Strong campaign analytics and storytelling capability. Ability to interpret behavioral, performance, and funnel data. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, GA4, Metabase / Looker / Tableau. Experience in loyalty / promotion / consumer engagement ecosystems. Business acumen : ability to translate numbers into brand-level decisions.
Role Summary :
Responsible for owning the data strategy, generating brand- and campaign-specific insights, creating ROI benchmarks, and helping drive engagement and client revenue through performance recommendations.
KRAs :
- Define and standardize campaign KPIs across all programs.
- Deliver weekly actionable insight reports to internal teams and clients.
- Drive campaign performance improvement initiatives.
- Create industry benchmark reports for BD / Client Servicing.
- Identify upsell opportunities based on data signals.
