We’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats - backend architect, Android engineer, debugger, problem solver, and product thinker
Core Responsibilities
Backend :
Strong in Java (Kotlin a plus)Experience with Spring Boot, API design, authentication, session managementHands-on with asynchronous programming (Coroutines / Futures)Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL), ORM frameworks (JPA / Hibernate / Exposed)Bonus : Caching, queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ), background jobs, system design & scalabilityAndroid :
Kotlin-based Android developmentFamiliar with MVVM / MVI / Clean ArchitectureNetworking using Retrofit, image rendering with Picasso / CoilExperience integrating with REST APIsStrong grasp of UI / UX performance and async handling (Coroutine & Flow)Hands-on with nested RecyclerViews, multiple view types, dynamic layoutsGeneral Engineering :
