Development & Architecture :

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter framework
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, business analysts, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
Lead the complete development lifecycle from conception through deployment, testing, and post-launch optimization
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards Technical Leadership & Innovation
Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and Flutter ecosystem developments
Provide technical guidance on application architecture and mobile development best practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives

Quality Assurance & Performance :

Implement comprehensive automated unit and integration testing strategies

Optimize application performance and ensure excellent user experience across devices

Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently

Maintain code quality through continuous refactoring and optimization

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

4+ years of professional Flutter development experience

Proven track record with published applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Deep expertise in Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile development lifecycle

Strong understanding of MVC / MVT architecture patterns and clean coding principles

Experience with version control systems, particularly Git

Proficiency with third-party libraries and API integrations

Hands-on experience with Dio package for HTTP client operations

Firebase expertise including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications

Experience with Codemagic CI / CD pipeline

Professional Skills :

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively in agile development environments

Detail-oriented approach with commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with RESTful API integration and backend service connectivity

Knowledge of cloud messaging APIs and push notification implementation

Familiarity with BLoC pattern and Clean Architecture principles

Experience with application performance benchmarking and optimization

Understanding of mobile app security best practices
