Role Description

This is a full-time job

located in Dehradun for a Manager, Food Processing & Quality Control. The role involves monitoring and managing the entire food processing workflow, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities also include overseeing food service operations, managing customer satisfaction, supervising seafood processing procedures, and implementing quality control measures.

The manager will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead a team to deliver optimal production results.

To establish an inspection and arbitration system about quality standards .

S / he will be responsible for implementing the intervention of the Mushroom and beekeeping activities in every district as prescribed by the

PMU / DIU

To formulate s procedure of sorting and grading in accordance with the quality standards applicable at the farm level ( mainly by visual confirmation).

Qualifications

B.Tech ( Food Science ) or Master in Food Science from

a recognized Institute or equivalent.

Experience : 07 year experience

from the field of food industry.
