About the Role :

We are looking for a Startup Analyst to be an integral part of our Investment Team. This is a great opportunity for professionals with expertise in evaluating start-ups, term sheet drafting, and working closely with top start-up funding agencies

Key Responsibilities :

• Start-up Evaluation : Use industry frameworks to evaluate start-ups, create presentations for the investment committee, and assess investment potential.
• Term Sheet & SHA Review : Experience in drafting / reviewing term sheets, coordinating shareholder agreements, and tracking CP / CS.
• Valuation & Benchmarking : Perform valuation discovery and benchmarking to understand market trends.
• Industry Knowledge : Expertise in prop-tech , construction tech , manufacturing tech , and similar sectors.
• Networking : Build and leverage a deep network within the start-up ecosystem.
• MIS Reporting : Prepare and maintain monthly management MIS for internal tracking and reporting.
