Job descriptionBuild deep partnerships with agri-input firms, banks, insurers, governments, traders, and global corporates. Forge strategic alliances with carbon credit exchanges, certification bodies, crypto exchanges, and sustainability agencies. Represent the company in industry forums, policy discussions, and global agri-tech and blockchain networks. Scale Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) revenues across agri, financial, and sustainability sectors. Monetize carbon credits via farmer enrolment, soil organic carbon (SOC) measurement, and tokenized trading. Develop crypto-enabled financial models for traceable, cross-border agri and carbon trade. 15+ years of leadership experience in agribusiness, fintech, sustainability, data / AI platforms, or consulting. Proven record in scaling revenues, closing enterprise deals, and driving international growth. Strong professional network across agriculture, food trade, finance, carbon, or sustainability ecosystems. Understanding of crypto, blockchain, and tokenization models in agri or carbon value chains is a strong plus. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven startup environment.
We are seeking a visionary Business Leader to drive our next phase of growth, global expansion, and revenue scale-up across agriculture, food trade, carbon, and sustainability markets — integrating crypto and blockchain-driven solutions into the agri-value chain.
This role combines strategic leadership, commercial growth, and ecosystem building with a focus on data, AI, and Web3 innovation for agriculture and sustainability.

- Define and execute the organization’s growth roadmap across India and international markets.
- Translate data, AI, and blockchain innovation into scalable business models and revenue streams.
- Lead expansion into carbon markets, and global food trade analytics.
- Drive adoption of crypto-based traceability, tokenized carbon credits, and smart contract-led agri transactions.
