• Job Summary :   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Talent Acquisition Specialist  to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology industry and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop Recruitment Strategies :  Create and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent in the technology sector.
• Source Candidates :  Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Screen and Interview Candidates :  Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers :  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the Recruitment Process :  Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Qualifications :
• Education :  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Any Graduate ( B.sc / BA / B.com / BBA )
• PG ( MBA - HR )
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
