Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud O2C Functional / Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 15 years of experience in ERP transformation programs. This role requires deep functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules, and a strong understanding of business processes and system integrations across Finance and Supply Chain functions.

The SME will drive functional solutioning, lead workshops, define end-to-end processes, configure Oracle Cloud modules, and ensure successful implementation and optimization of O2C capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead business process workshops with global stakeholders to capture requirements and pain points.
• Design and configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules involved in O2C, including but not limited to :
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Advanced Collections
• Revenue Management (RMCS)
• Order Management (OM)
• Pricing
• Customer Data Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Logistics, IT) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT / UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation (BR100, MD50, test scripts, training materials).
• Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with integration teams on interfacing Oracle Cloud with CRM, eCommerce, logistics, and 3rd-party billing systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS15) and audit requirements.
