Location : Remote / Work from Home

Job Type : Part-time / Full-time

Experience : 0–3 years (Freshers with passion for teaching kids can apply)

Language : English (Preference for clear communication and cheerful tone)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and child-friendly Online Teacher who can make learning fun and interactive for toddlers and preschoolers through songs, dance, storytelling, and playful teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online live sessions or pre-recorded classes for children aged 2–6 years.
  • Teach basic concepts (like alphabets, numbers, animals, colors, manners, etc.) through songs, rhymes, movements, and stories.
  • Create a joyful and safe online classroom environment that encourages participation.
  • Use props, facial expressions, and gestures to make sessions lively and entertaining.
  • Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging lessons and scripts.
  • Provide feedback on children's engagement and performance during sessions.
  • Ensure classes align with the organization's early learning curriculum and tone.

Requirements

  • Passion for teaching young children with energy, patience, and warmth.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to sing simple educational songs or rhymes confidently (not professional-level singing required).
  • Comfort with basic dance or expressive movements for interactive learning.
  • Access to a quiet, well-lit space and a stable internet connection for online sessions.
  • Prior experience in preschool teaching, theatre, dance, music, or kids content creation is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, OBS, etc.)
  • Creative skills such as puppetry, drawing, or playing simple musical instruments.
  • Experience in making short educational videos for YouTube or e-learning platforms.
