Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry, verification, and backend updates in the CRM system.
- Process and manage client information accurately within internal tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, and Operations) for data-related tasks.
- Prepare daily reports and summaries of backend operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain process quality standards.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or system issues to the concerned team.
What we're looking for
Strong attention to detail and good typing accuracy.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.Basic understanding of CRM or database management preferred.Good written communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com / BCA / BBA preferred).Why join US
