As City Head , you will lead the overall business operations and growth strategy for your city. This is a mission-critical role that blends strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution. You’ll be responsible for scaling supply, managing training and quality, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Scale Supply

• Drive onboarding of trained and verified home service professionals (primarily maids and technicians).
• Leverage local hiring channels, community partnerships, and referral networks.
• Ensure a steady pipeline of experts to meet city demand.
