Job Description for Non Technical Recruiter
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Operations roles, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Maintain candidate records and manage communication through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary, while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
- Track recruitment progress, generate reports, and provide feedback to the hiring managers.
Required Qualifications :
1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for sales and operations roles, ideally within the automobile industry.Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Preferred Qualifications :
