Technical Approvals and ownership Documents verification to check the acceptability of the collateral for mortgage purpose.Scrutinizing and assessing the valuation reports submitted by external vendors for properties - Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, CF / LRD, institutional Etc. Projects.Suggest necessary corrections in policies & procedures from time to time as per state / Location specific bye-laws to resolve property deviations / mitigate related issues within the team as well as with the external agencies.Ensure meticulous compliance with the Bank's internal collateral management policy as well as regulatory guidelines.To monitor and maintain new vendor empanelment process, cost reduction analysis.Visit properties for sample & exception cases to ensure detailed property due diligence.Vendor Management : Empanelment, Initiation of valuations, ensure Timely Service from All valuers, Query resolution, closure of Lapses in Valuation report, Assurance of Proper, Complete, and signed Valuation report.Daily MIS : To keep all the stake holders updated on valuation status of cases every day.Audit : To ensure work done is as per Approved policy and within Regulatory Norms.TAT : To provide the timely closures of Valuation Noting in Pre-defined TAT.Skills Required
