Job description

Job Title : Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and qualify leads
  • Develop and execute Email / Linkedin marketing campaigns to generate interest and drive engagement
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using online tools and databases
  • Follow up on inbound leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and emailing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment

    Salary- 20-23k (4 hours)
