Job Responsibilities :

• Teach undergraduate and / or postgraduate courses in HR, Marketing, and Finance , using innovative and effective instructional methods to promote student learning and engagement.
• Guide and supervise students in academic projects, research, dissertations, and internships, providing mentorship and fostering a strong academic environment.
• Participate actively in curriculum development, course design, and continuous improvement of departmental activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and keep abreast of the latest academic and industry trends in your areas of expertise.
• Contribute to research, publications, faculty development initiatives, and actively seek collaborative research opportunities.
• Organise and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and other scholarly activities at the departmental and institutional level.
• Advise students on career opportunities, placement support, and professional advancement.
• Participate in institutional activities, committees, and projects, contributing to academic governance and institutional development.

Desirable Skills :

Experience :

Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in HR, Marketing, or Finance.
