Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, emails, SMS, WhatsApp) through MoEngage.
  • Build and manage customer journeys, event triggers, and segmentation for targeted communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics CTRs, conversion rates, and engagement trends - to optimize results.
  • Manage MoEngage integrations with CRM, analytics, and data platforms.
  • Develop A / B tests and experiments to improve engagement effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-out policies.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience using MoEngage or similar customer engagement platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, user segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, analytics).
  • Good knowledge of customer lifecycle management (CLM) and growth marketing.
  • Basic understanding of API's, event tracking, and data flow is a plus
