Job description3-4 years of hands-on experience using MoEngage or similar customer engagement platforms Strong understanding of marketing automation, user segmentation, and retention strategies. Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and deriving actionable insights. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, analytics). Good knowledge of customer lifecycle management (CLM) and growth marketing. Basic understanding of API's, event tracking, and data flow is a plus
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, emails, SMS, WhatsApp) through MoEngage.
- Build and manage customer journeys, event triggers, and segmentation for targeted communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics CTRs, conversion rates, and engagement trends - to optimize results.
- Manage MoEngage integrations with CRM, analytics, and data platforms.
- Develop A / B tests and experiments to improve engagement effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-out policies.
