Roles & Responsibilities

Industrial Relation & Legal

• To execute process which fulfills and monitor compliance at all legislative and local governing agencies.
• To support Head - HR&A to Settle Union Grievances and maintain peaceful industrial relations for better plant operations
• To execute corrective and preventive actions towards preventing indiscipline in the organisation
• Liasoning with surrounding villagers & industrial officials to maintain cordial relations with them and ensuring mutual understanding
• To communicate & handle local issues like gram panchayat tax, political parties, Local / project affected people employment
• To consult & communicate with Legal advisors for Labour, Civil, Criminal cases
