Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry, particularly with MSP programs and GCC clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, expanding client portfolios, and delivering staffing solutions across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition-
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises).
- Pitch staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, contract-to-hire, RPO, etc.).
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Relationship Management -
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.Upsell or cross-sell recruitment services.Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations.Market & Competitor Research-
Understand industry trends, hiring demands, and niche markets.Analyze competitors' offerings and pricing.Collaboration with the recruitment TeamCommunicate client requirements clearly to recruiters.Help prioritize open roles based on urgency and revenue potential.Negotiation & Contract Management-
Negotiate service agreements and pricing.Finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.KPI Tracking & ReportingTrack revenue, conversion rate, fill rate, client acquisition cost, etc.Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.Note - Having their own laptop is a must. Maharashtra candidates are preferred.
