📌 Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist (GenAI) with strong hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI / ML models for production-grade applications.

📍 Location

Chennai – Hybrid (2–3 days office / week)

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Build & optimize data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training pipelines

Work with LLMs, Transformers, Embeddings & Vector Search

Perform PEFT, LoRA, Prompt Tuning for fine-tuning models

Conduct EDA & model evaluation (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1)

Integrate trained models into backend APIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment & monitoring

Research and implement the latest GenAI, NLP & LLM techniques

🎯 Required Skills

Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

PyTorch / TensorFlow

Hugging Face, Transformers, LLMs

LangChain / OpenAI / Cohere / Anthropic APIs

Text embeddings, semantic search, vector DBs (FAISS / Pinecone / Milvus)

Experience with AWS S3 / SageMaker (preferred)

RAG pipelines, Chatbots, Conversational AI

MLOps, CI / CD for ML models
