Role Description

Position Overview :

WIN is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Advocate with a background in women’s health—ideally fertility, menopause, or maternity—to provide international coaching and advisory services to patients and internal teams. This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible hours and no employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Coaching Services

• Provide virtual coaching sessions to international patients, focusing on family building and family well-being education such as menopause, family-building, and maternity.
• Guide patients using evidence-based resources and culturally relevant insights.
• Educate patients on international family building and well-being benefits and country-specific considerations.
• Maintain availability during pre-scheduled “Standby Time” for patient sessions.
