Role Description
Position Overview :
WIN is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Advocate with a background in women’s health—ideally fertility, menopause, or maternity—to provide international coaching and advisory services to patients and internal teams. This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible hours and no employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
Patient Coaching Services
- Provide virtual coaching sessions to international patients, focusing on family building and family well-being education such as menopause, family-building, and maternity.
- Guide patients using evidence-based resources and culturally relevant insights.
- Educate patients on international family building and well-being benefits and country-specific considerations.
- Maintain availability during pre-scheduled “Standby Time” for patient sessions.
Advisory Services
Support WIN’s international program development through clinical insights and strategic recommendations.Participate in executive and clinical meetings, training sessions, and customer-facing engagements.Collaborate with WIN’s internal teams to enhance global service delivery.Qualifications
Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years of experience in women’s health (fertility experience preferred).Based in India, with reliable internet and access to necessary equipment for remote work.Fluent in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working independently and managing flexible schedules.Additional Details :
